Head Measurements
- Head circumference: Measure around the widest part of your head
- Neck circumference: Measure around the base of your neck
- Head height: Measure from the base of your chin to the top of your head
Body Measurements
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips
- Height: Measure from head to toe
